But, then again, most new mothers aren't Coleen Rooney.
The 23-year-old WAG showed off her toned figure and enviably flat stomach in a black bikini while on holiday with 16-week-old son Kai in Barbados.
Coleen had no qualms about displaying her figure in the stylish two-piece as she relaxed with family on the Caribbean island.
The star, who is on holiday without husband Wayne, who has footballing commitments with team Manchester United, teamed the sexy ensemble with a pair of mirrored aviator sunglasses and a loose ponytail.
